This morning at 4 a.m. Cooper decided he was ready to be up for the rest of the day. After struggling to get him back to sleep for almost an hour. I brought him into our bedroom where Nate had opened a window to listen to the thunderstorm. Unless you have live in this area and been in a REAL thunderstorm you can hardly appreciate what a noise it produces. After Cooper heard the rain and thunder he immediately drifted asleep and remained that way until 9 am. I wish I would have thought of that earlier. I have perhaps never been more thankful for any storm!!

I'm glad Cooper went back to sleep. Those sleepness nights are so hard. Ben talks about the thunderstorms in North Carolina and how they don't have storms like that in Idaho and Utah. I'm sure he would be jealous, he loves thunderstorms.
To bad you can't have a storm every night to put your boys to sleep. Keep the stories and pictures coming. I love to see how you and the new baby are doing!
I hate mornings when Taylor wakes up extra early and wants to stick her fingers in our ears/nose! :)
Good thing the storm came and helped him fall back to sleep :p
I can't wait to cuddle with that cutie!!! Are you going to be able to come our way for Christmas??
funny the storm had the opposite effect on my kiddos. grr.....
What a cute story, I love it! Cooper is adorable by-the-way we'll have to actually meet him one of these days.
