This would be number 2 for Cooper at the ER making yesterday a very long day.
It all started when we were making lunch (which Cooper always helps me) and I moved a pan from the burner to the counter, and Cooper put his hand right on the hot burner. We immediatly put ice on it and gave him some motrin for pain and tried to rock him to sleep. I felt really bad but thought that was all I needed to do. Well as I was doing this I was talking to Nate and he told me to call the doctor. So I called the doctor and I explained to them what happened and they told me to go straight to the ER. (Apparently with all palm burns big or small you need to get them checked out because of possible nerve damage.) So off we went criing child and half asleep baby. After 3 hours of waiting and crying we got some medication on Coopers hand, wrapped it up and a follow up appointment and off we went. The burn wasnt very bad and it should heal up nicely.
Cooper seems to be doing a lot better today lets just hope we dont have to visit this place again any time soon.

It was good to see you and your beautiful family during the Holidays. Your boys are handsome little fellas. Sorry about the burn. Cooper will probably never remember the incident, but Mom will never forget. I'm sure it was harder on you Sara than the Coopster. Best wishes to you all!
