In the middle of June Cooper started complaining that his arm hurt, we thought he slept on it wrong, or just a stiff arm. Well this went on for almost a week and the pain got worse. So Nate took him in to get x-rays and get his arm checked out by an orthopedic surgeon. The x-rays showed up fine, but he couldn't move his arm, shoulder and when he tried it really hurt. So he was put in a sling and had to wait it out. Poor guy.
After a really long couple of days of thinking about the pain and staying home, we decided we had to get creative. So we tried making bouncing balls! (thanks pinterest) well they didnt work out so well, but we had fun with slime!
Since Coops arm has been hurting, no swimming for him all our attention was on Hank.
We went on a nature scavenger hunt to House Mountain, and with all the rain everything was beautiful!
We hunted the trials for turtles, since everyone always sees them when they go to House Mountain. And on our drive home we almost hit him! Bonus! We made sure Mr. Turtle was put back on the side of the road.
