August where did you go?

We had quite a busy month of August in the Wells house hold with 2 birthdays and a little vacation to end our wonderful summer! But first I want to start off with little Hanks one year check up.

August 25, 2010 ( Almost a 13 month)

Height: 31"  ----- 75%

Weight: 23.5 lbs   ---    50 % 

         

Still not walking, but has been standing on his own since his birthday

says Dada and mama all the time now

loves stairs

throws little tantrums if he doesn't get his way

loves to brush his teeth, (when mommy is brushing he will scream at my feet until I brush his)

when cooper is near and he doesn't like it he will scream

has a hard time sleeping anywhere, but his bed

loves to clap his hands

such a climber, loves to climb up the slide and sit at the top

he loves to take hats on and off his head

when we say so big, he throws his arms up in the air

a mamas boy, but when dad comes home or he sees a picture of him, his whole face lights up!

loves putting things in boxes or buckets (a big helper)

Loves playing peek a boo

his favorite animal is the Tiger, he will pick that out of the bin and carry it around all day. If you ask him what a Tiger says he will say roar.

When I get him out of bed in the morning, he usually lays his head on my shoulder and pats me on the back, I love it!

loves to throw anything from a ball to a car across the room

prefers a bottle over a sippy cup

Seriously always has a smile on his face!
