BAKED TO PERFECTION

As most of you know, Nate loves to bake and cook. Well in his free time (yeah right) he is constantly perfecting his bread making skills. This past week he has perfected 2 of the hardest breads to perfect (According to Nate). Earlier this week he made baguettes (french bread) and pictured above rye bread boule. Looks like it came straight out of a bakery if you ask me. It not only looks good but its tastes pretty good as well. Yep thats my husband, some may call him a homo, but I just call him a chef. While other husbands are watching ESPN mine is watching the food network trying to figure out how to perfect the next dish. I dont mind one bit, he is an excellent cook and that means less time I have to be in the kitchen. (Dont worry hes not that bad, ESPN is still on everyday just not constant)
I am so proud of my boys, I dont know what life would be like without them. You guys are the best!!

So cute!! I love when babies start sitting up, it makes life a little bit easier and it's so much fun to watch them play and to play with them.
That's awesome Nate! Keep up the good cooking!! It is so fun to watch the milestones that your baby will make, they just seem to get more and more physically independant once they sit up!
NICE!! The bread looks so profesh! Where's my loaf Nate?! Rather than going to all of this school, maybe you should just be Alton's apprentice and then take over Good Eats when he retires! (Okay, you're right...he'll never retire) But you could totally do the job!
Okay, so I totally thought Nate was holding a misshaped football - yes I need help!
