Brittany had general commencement on the mall right in front of Washington Memorial with the capital behind us. One of the many perks with going to a school in DC I suppose.
We were excited we were able to make at least one of her Graduations, since her big one from PA school is the middle of August. Way to go Brittany we are proud of you!
We had a little celebration with some cupcakes, we couldn't decide which place to go, so we choose both. FYI: Georgetown cupcakes was better hands down.
After some yummy dinner (made by Nate) on the roof, we went to a park next to their house and watched the planes take off over our heads, from the airport.
